What is OH4?

OH4 Energy Saving is a self-powered, preprogrammed magnetic technology which emits a controlled frequency that causes the water molecules in water to take on a more organised structure.

How it Works

This change in structure causes the transfer of heat to take place more efficiently, meaning the heating or cooling system will reach the desired temperature more quickly and maintain this temperature more effectively.

How We Prove the Savings

Results are calculated by comparing energy usage before and after installation, adjusted for external temperature so we always compare like for like. This PoC was carried out on a retail outlet cooling system.

What you are looking at

Each row is a day of chiller readings. The key figures are kWh per day (total energy used), outside temperature (to account for weather variation), and Delta T Flow (temperature difference between water entering and leaving the chiller — a direct measure of heat transfer efficiency).

What changed after installation

OH4 was installed on 08/08/2025. Daily kWh consumption dropped from an average of ~9,400 kWh/day before, to ~7,200 kWh/day after — at the same outside temperatures.

Why Delta T matters

Before OH4 the flow temperature differential averaged 8.5°C. After OH4 it dropped to 2.0°C. A lower ΔT means the chiller transfers heat far more efficiently — doing the same job with far less energy.
